Beautiful condo with great views of the ovean and a large corner balcony with plenty of seating. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay again! Perfect for a weekend girls trip.

Floors are filthy, guessing they haven’t been mopped in months. They were sticky, sandy and totally disgusting.

For the price we paid for a 3 night stay, I was not satisfied with everything with this unit but there were plenty of good things. Pros: beach chair service included, and lots of beach chairs in the unit that you can take down with you. Fully stocked kitchen, even a spice rack. Elevator wait times weren’t too bad, even with 1 out of service. Cons: cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. On the floor, on the furniture, in the sheets, on the counters. We even found a hair on the cabinet door above the stove, which should’ve been difficult to reach, much less get a hair up there. Maybe the cleaning team needs to wear hair nets. The dishwasher was FOUL. A horrible odor emanating from it at all times. Dishes were dirty and we had to hand wash everything. Relying on guests to wash dishes for the next guest is not a good plan. We couldn’t run the dishwasher during our stay because the smell would permeate the entire unit. And there were stains on the couch, chairs, and bedding.Parking is 45 per vehicle, max of 2 cars. That price is extortionate, and we never saw anyone monitoring the garage so people probably parked for free anyway. Parking garage is across the street but there is a bridge on lvl 2 to cross. We were given a passcode to the garage under the building but it did not work and RealJoy was impossible to get in touch with. We eventually had to ask other guests for help. Overall, we had a good stay, but we would not stay here again for those prices.
