The room was very clean. Our only complaint was that we had 3 people in the room, us and our 11 year old son and we only had 2 towels. This was still a problem, even when we told House Keeping about the situation.
As for the Breakfast. The idea of a cooked pancake or a freshly cooked egg is great. Unfortunately, there's not enough staff to have a good flow during the breakfast rush. There was also a worker who was constantly on her phone (on speaker) or texting in the back. It was obvious to see and hear. When the other hard working person asked her to do something, she snapped back that she can only do 1 thing at a time. Not a good look in front of company.

Very nice service, breakfast staff was wonderful. Needed to have more sitting at the breakfast area. Chairs were missing from several tables.
