The location was amazing, it was very busy and had a great atmosphere. The room was wonderful and I would recommend the panoramic view room to anyone who books here. There was lots of choice for where to go, sit by the beach, pool or rooftop pool. The spa was small, intimate and had everything you’d expect (watch out for the jet and waterfall machines as they were very effective), you need to pay for the spa but it is worth it if you like spas. There was so much choice for breakfast and the food was fresh and regularly well stocked. We drove from Alicante airport but Valencia is about 30 minutes closer. The carpark was full (which you need to pay for) but there was lots of parking available in the area, for free. Get up early to watch the sunrise, it was spectacular. I’d definitely book to stay here again.

Nothing, the staff were super friendly on reception. Some of the waiting staff in the restaurant speak very little English but again we speak very little Spanish but it didn’t cause any problems. The evening buffet was not as hot as excepted for some dishes but there was lots of choice and some hot dishes too.

Breakfast and lunch buffet were superb; view from the rooftop infinity pool was amazing; great music at poolside bar; beach directly in front of hotel.

Photos are very misleading - seems the majority of rooms haven't been renovated in a very long time, and the photos on Booking.com show only the premium suite bathrooms.
