The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. The house itself is spacious and well-equipped. Communication with the property management was generally very good.
When we first arrived, there was a noticeable musty smell throughout the house. The front entrance gate was difficult to open and often got stuck. . The ensuite bathroom had visible mold, most likely because it no longer has proper ventilation. The bedroom itself also had no main ceiling light, only bedside lamps, and there was no window that could be opened for fresh air.
We also found cockroaches in the apartment.

Emplacement.
