Quality Inn & Suites Portage Central

Very clean, friendly staff. Parking lot in great shape

This was the second time for me to stay at this hotel. Last time, I stayed alone and this time, I brought my entire family. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. The air conditioning worked very well. A microwave and a fridge were great to have in each room. This time, we had a continental breakfast and really enjoyed it. There were plenty of choices (especially I was excited to have boiled eggs), including multiple flavors of yogurt, nice and warm biscuits, soup, a waffle maker, cereals, bread, bagels, muffins, juices, and coffee (regular and decaf). It was one of the best continental breakfasts we've ever had. There is plenty of space in the parking lot. The location is convenient for travelers (within a minute from I-80 West from the Portage exit). Nice and quiet location. I travel a lot, but I've never had such a great experience at such an affordable price other than this hotel. Our kids said it was the best hotel for them, and I agree. I highly recommend Quality Inn & Suites Portage Central.

If I had to assign a number between 1 and 10, I'd give it a 9. Room was very clean, quite large (although that didn't really matter since we weren't in the room all that much) but most importantly, the shower was great! Oftentimes, the shower in a hotel is a letdown and leaves me feeling a bit unsatisfied, but the showers at this particular location were fantastic.

Good great outstanding service
