Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The pool was also clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the housekeeping staff, who were very kind and quickly provided us with an extra pillow when we asked. On the downside, the reception was quite slow in responding to our questions, and the Wi-Fi connection was poor throughout our stay. In our opinion, having a car is almost essential if you plan to stay here. There are no nearby supermarkets, restaurants, or other services within walking distance, and the local buses are unreliable and often do not follow the published timetable. Despite these drawbacks, the apartment itself was comfortable and enjoyable.

Very difficult to receive the instructions. No pool or beach as seen on the website. Children are very very sad!!!

Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience. The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome. We were even told we should clean certain things for the next guests shortly after arriving, which was an odd and disappointing way to be greeted. To make matters worse, we became locked inside the car park for around 30 minutes because the gate would not open. Despite repeatedly trying to contact the host for assistance, nobody answered the phone or helped resolve the situation. Overall, the stay got off to a very poor start and the customer service was disappointing throughout. I would not recommend staying here.

We were really disappointed by this place. When we enter for the first time in the apartment a very strong smell of chemicals was present. We opened the windows but it stays there and we started to feel dizzy and itchy eyes. We told the management that we wanted to cancel our reservation and they refused to do anything for us. The place is not well located, next to high traffic round about and very noisy. AVOID !

"Very nice property, I didn’t make it before 2000 but the staff ensured that I have the key code for the gate and keys for the room."
