Pros: quick walk from Roma Termini train station, clean room and very friendly cleaning lady. Cheap for a large and clean room. Cons: The room was very loud so you could hear the neighbors watching tv, talking and coming and going. Furthermore, the check-in process was stressing. The check-in instruction on Expedia mentioned that we had to contact the hotel but they only listed their italian number. When I called the number, it was out of service and I had to call expedia customer support to get the real number. They also had a wrong number listed but they manage to find a working number. I called the real number and the manager mentioned that I should send a picture of our passport through whatsapp to get the check-in instruction. So, it was a quite convoluted process when they could have just mentioned that in the Expedia check-in description.

Had an excellent stay. Room was clean and tidy and everything worked well. Only downside is the WiFi was not functioning which was a big let down considering I needed it to find a store nearby. Rooms are shared close together so don’t book here for privacy, but if you’re looking for value and easy access for a night or two, this is the place.

Helpful staff on checkin with a spacious and clean and comfortable room. The room had all the amenities you need. It is good value for Rome. The hotel is close and convenient to Rome Termini station and a metro stop to get you around the city. If you plan to walk to major sites it will take you a while but because of the value I would certainly stay here again.
