The hotel is situated directly opposite the train station, making travel very easy. The staff were wonderful and very informative. Great facilities including a luggage storage service and a common area with complimentary ice and hot water.
Rooms are clean, peaceful, and equipped with a fan. The bedding is high quality and very comfortable. Don't miss the breakfast on the rooftop; the view is stunning and the meal was excellent!

Very clean. Good breakfast. Right across the street from the train station makes a great jump off spot to wherever your travels may take you. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good value,too.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel, the staff were very good, particularly Susana, who help me to print off tickets, very professional. Breakfast was very good, particularly the multi-coloured eggs. The breakfast room had a great view and the hotel is very close to the station (bus/train). On departure the receptionist helped us carry our suitcases down the stairs at the entrance. Good location as Interlaken is not too big but has access to many mountains to wander up. Very pleasant experience.
