Room was very nice. Requested handicap accessible rm. our room was not anywhere near accessible, we were told the resort was grand fathered from the ADA requirement. The resort should not say they have handicap rooms. No ice machines or vending machines. No room service to change linens or bath towels. Very expensive stay for very little extras. We were never told about the facilities were available to us. Next time we visit door county we look for a Holiday Inn Express. At least you get a continental breakfast. Will not be a return customer. Very disappointing visit. Thomas

Really nice property. Felt it was a little expensive for what you got. It is an older property. It has been refurbished. Our room smell like smoke. It was very difficult to get past that for us. They did bring us a deodorizer. Location was great. I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy the outside fire pits and the view of the lake was beautiful. I would recommend this property to others.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The property is beautiful. The restaurant was a little disappointing but there are so many places to eat on Door County that this is not a material issue

Our room was in very poor condition and appeared to have not been cleaned. The towel rack in the bathroom was attached on only one side, the toilet had dried urine and hair around the base, the patio door blinds had slats torn off and laying on the floor when we got there. The floor was sticky, the kitchen sink had dried food around the drain, the fan in the master shook so badly that it appeared it would detach from the ceiling. All common areas were run down, dirty and in need of a lot of updates or just cleaned would be a start. We were informed at check in that there was a new check out time of 10am (and if we were late we’d be charged $150+) which was not what was advertised on hotels.com at the time I made our reservation. So we paid $700 for two nights and barely got two full days since check in is 4pm and check out is now before 10am. Indoor and outdoor pools are nice, check in was fine, that’s it.

"2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms great for 2 couples get away. View from balcony was beautiful. ANd laundry room on our floor was unexpected. My one issue was the firm beds.. A little too much for me."

Gorgeous grounds a view. Very comfortable bed. Room 1109 was somewhat dated and kitchen appliances were very old. Coffee maker didn’t work. Staff very friendly!
