I can't say enough wonderful things about Villa Uliveta. It was the perfect, peaceful respite for our group in the middle of several stops in the big, busy cities. The house is beautifully appointed and spotless... incredibly spacious with full bathrooms on every bedroom, and another half bath downstairs. Good, cold AC as well! Lots of space to unpack, throw a load of clothes in the washer (luxury!) and deeply relax. The pool is immaculate and the photos do not do the house or surrounding land justice- it is just breathtaking. So incredibly quiet and private. The placement of the large dining room just off the kitchen meant the whole group got to be together even when some were busy cooking or cleaning up. There was a fresh bag of charcoal ready to go for the grill that is under the prettiest pergola off the side of the house. Lamin was fantastic in helping us make plans or learn about the house/area- so friendly and responded to WhatsApp messages super fast. We didn't get a chance to visit the restaurant that is right up from the house but the menu looks amazing and the building is beautiful- be sure to reach out for a reservation. There is also a trail behind the house that is a very easy walk but leads you to some stunning views of the Tuscan hills. Coop Fi grocery store is only a few minutes drive into town for all the essentials. There is a dedicated parking spot at the house. You will not regret choosing Villa Uliveta- I'm still dreaming about this place!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Uliveta. The villa was beautiful and spotless and the 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite, were large and comfortable. The warm hospitality of the owners throughout the week was highlighted by a delicious meal at their nearby restaurant. All of this, plus breathtaking vistas in every direction! Thank you, we loved every minute.
