The location is amazing and super clean

It had two buildings in construction in both sides but it wasn’t too noisy

The apartment is very new and nicely done, very good location in Ipanema. The amenities are very good.

The apartment is right between two construction zones that start work at 6 a.m. and stare at you all day. You need the blinds down and there was no chance to get any sleep. The bed was very hard, and the pillows were flat. The room was cold with no blanket. The pots were grimy and no soap or enough toilet paper was provided. The pictures on Booking.com didn’t match reality, and many didn’t load at all, which made it hard to know what we were booking. We booked through Booking.com to get a free transfer, but they refused to provide it with no explanation. Trying to get a refund or compensation was impossible, even after multiple requests. Half the fault was booking.com for being dishonest and scammy, and the other half is this proerty for misleading photos and lying by omission of important info - you wont sleep or relax. Overall, a frustrating experience and a total waste of money.
