Floor plan:
A luxurious section of a house in a central location, situated between Wenningstedt and Braderup, near meadows and a golf course. A spacious living area of approximately 222 square meters across the first floor, lower level, upper level, and attic welcomes and pampers up to 8 guests.

Ground Floor: As soon as you enter, you’ll be impressed by the well-thought-out floor plan, which wraps around the space, creating plenty of room for new living ideas. Immediately to the right, past a guest restroom, you’ll find your home theater with a 75" TV, SONOS sound system, and a large lounge sofa. Right next to it is a seating area with a Meridiani sofa and a cozy armchair, from which you can enjoy the real wood fireplace framed in a modern marble-look finish. The adjoining dining table seats 10 people and is flanked by a cozy bench, perfect for cozy evenings in the kitchen. The modern kitchen offers a direct view of and easy access to the dining table from the cooking island. Equipped with a BORA induction cooktop, Gaggenau oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a comprehensive array of appliances, it’s sure to make any home cook’s heart race. The kitchen and living room are equipped with a SONOS sound system, which supports everything from atmospheric, ambient surround sound to a lively kitchen party.

Special attention should also be paid to the well-thought-out and very tasteful lighting concept of your home. Thanks to the installation of numerous “Occhio” lights, among other fixtures, you can create beautiful lighting scenes.

Your private garden faces south and has been lovingly landscaped. Your terrace is more like a terrace landscape, complete with a beach chair and high-quality garden furniture (available from approximately April through October).

Upper Floor: Your upper-floor area is a true gem. Here, the “host and hostess” can truly feel like royalty. Your master bedroom, complete with a flat-screen TV, has been designed with timeless elegance. Your XXL-sized en-suite bathroom features a private sauna, bathtub, beautiful vanity area, and a spacious shower. Your clothes deserve to be treated well, too: a separate walk-in closet is available for this purpose.

Top Floor: Your kids are sure to feel right at home in the open-concept attic area with two single beds—a “hideout par excellence” can be found in the separate loft with a “lounging corner” furnished with mattresses. On the first floor, there’s a separate shower room with a toilet specifically for the attic.

Basement: In the basement area, you’ll find two tastefully designed rooms, each with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. Each room has a beautiful en suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Your “Girasol” also offers a small laundry room with a washer and dryer. The basement area also has a separate entrance from the outside.

Of course, you’ll find a parking space right in front of the house.
