This is a well accommodated studio apartment good for 2-3 people tops. The apartment was very clean and we did not experience any issues with bugs/pests during our stay. The building is secure and we felt safe entering and exiting. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. I recommend going down to the 5th street CVS or Walgreens for any major shopping for the apartment, otherwise the local shops will do as well. The apartment is a short 5-10 minute walk from Ocean drive and the beach/beach park. Our hosts were in communication the the whole time and were very responsive.

Fantastic property and location. Would recommendto others and stay again Maybe dont add washer and dryer as an amenity since its paid building laundry.it would be good to call that out. Also consider adding new towels.not much drying in the ones provided as they dont feel much like towels

Great host!

The condo was very modern and updated. The beds are two fulls not queens as listed but still comfortable. When a issue arose Palo was very prompt with responding.
