This is a truly magnificent house. Glorious views, lovely pool and outside seating areas and delightful house with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Rolando was a brilliant host - making sure that we had exactly what we needed. Thoroughly recommended.

Casale delgi Olivi is the perfect place to explore the Umbrian countryside. It is centrally located near so many beautiful cities big and small, golf courses, hiking trails wineries and local restaurants. If you are a cyclist, the country roads are endless and the water activities at Lake Trasimeno will keep everyone entertained. The house is inviting with plenty of room for friends and family. It is clean and well furnished and the views are captivating from all the windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms spacious and comfortable. The pool is perfect for warm weather fun and relaxation. The host takes excellent care of his guests, checking in, sharing information about local events and activities and assisting with any travel questions.I can’t imagine a better home away from home.

Our stay at San Giovanni del Pantano was truly perfect! The villa was exactly as shown and the location was perfect for easy day trips. Rolando was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions we had. Alyona was there to greet us and always available throughout our stay. The house is beautiful and full of charm! We enjoyed the pool and it’s stunning views and look forward to returning for a longer stay!
