You’ll be greeted by a table, a large and comfortable corner sofa—the perfect oasis of relaxation—and a fully equipped, custom-built kitchen. The lighting system is expertly designed to create the right atmosphere for every moment: whether you’re relaxing in front of a large Smart TV (with the option to connect your PRIME VIDEO, NETFLIX, and YOUTUBE accounts), reading a book, sipping tea, or enjoying a pleasant dinner.

THE SLEEPING AREA
The spacious bedroom stands out with its soft, refined colors; the warm, carefully designed lighting and the comfortable, elegant double bed ensure a serene atmosphere and restful sleep. You can count on the quality of our amenities: the mattress is handcrafted with pocket springs, the pillows are made of memory foam infused with aloe vera, and our linens are crafted from fine, natural fibers. The room features a wall-mounted TV, a luggage bench, a dresser, and nightstands, as well as a large Venetian-style wooden wardrobe and a wall-mounted safe.

SUPER COMFORT EVEN FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS
The apartment is also perfect for business travelers. You can easily focus thanks to the peaceful and quiet location of this home and the beautiful wooden desk in the entryway. We guarantee ultra-fast fiber-optic internet and appropriate lighting for every room.
In the summer, the home is well-cooled by the air conditioning system, and you can adjust the temperature and fan speed to your liking using the remote control. In winter, the house is well heated by an independent heating system with radiators in every room. If you wish, the heating can be supplemented by the split-system air conditioner using the hot air function.

KITCHEN AMENITIES
Those who love to cook at home will feel right at home in our kitchen, even during extended stays, because—in addition to being fully equipped with convenient built-in appliances, a 4-burner stovetop, an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, and an extractor hood with lighting over the countertop, it’s equipped with high-performance appliances that let you easily prepare and cook any type of meal. You’ll find a small electric oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a moka pot, a set of knives, frying pans, pots, salad bowls, tea and coffee cups, small bowls, glasses and wine glasses, plates, cutlery, and trays. You’ll find easily washable placemats, kitchen towels, pot holders, paper napkins and paper towels, ladles, and many other small utensils that let you achieve brilliant results quickly, just as if you were at home. You can count on having basic cooking ingredients available: salt, UMBRO extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, and sugar. You’ll have access to dish soap and laundry detergent, degreaser, disinfectant, and rubbing alcohol.

COFFEE, TEA, AND HERBAL TEA
We provide plenty of coffee in pods and ground form, as well as tea, herbal tea, barley coffee, hot chocolate, ginseng, and decaffeinated coffee.

BATHROOM ACCESSORIES
In the spacious bathroom, we’ve designed bright, even lighting, extremely comfortable accessories, and a selection of products to ensure you enjoy unforgettable moments of pampering. You’ll find a set of 3 towels for each guest, towel racks, mirrors, and a shower where you can rejuvenate yourself thanks to the overhead showerhead. You’ll also find an AURA LUXURY COLLECTION amenity set (100% made in Italy) complete with Argan oil body wash, shower shampoo, vegetable-based bar soap, and a disposable shower cap with an elastic band.
