Sobre este este aluguel de férias
Right in the heart of Perugia, the only one with both a garden and a parking space that are fenced in and monitored.
All public transportation options are less than 100 meters away (buses, metro, trains).
Although it’s right in the city center, it’s located on a small cul-de-sac, so there’s no through traffic—ensuring greater peace and quiet and safety, especially if you have children.
A public park is just 50 meters away, featuring a playground and a small square where you’ll find everything from a café and a tobacco shop to a supermarket, a hair salon, a tailor, and other shops.

The property is a haven of peace off a busy street. Easy to get into the old town by use of the wonderful mini metro that was less than 5 minutes walk away. Also walking distance to the railway station where we also hired a car. Great to have off street parking. The beds were comfortable and the only things we missed were armchairs (the property is not large enough to have a lounge) and some milk and teabags to make a drink on our arrival.
