Enjoy a perfect vacation at our Emerald Beach Resort condo: Casa de Palmeras (Palm House).
The Palm House condo offers one bedroom and one bath on the breathtaking 12th floor of one of the most popular resorts in Panama City Beach. The condo has many new upgrades such as appliances, flooring, a new sofa and loveseat, upgraded mattresses, bedding, TVs, and ceiling fans.
At Reefsideescapes we strive to make your vacation as easy as possible by providing everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Sleeping for 6 is available on the king size bed in the master bedroom, on the trundle bed with a pull out plus a sleeper sofa in the living area. The bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. And don't forget one of the best parts of the Palm House condo is what you see outside the glass doors just off the living room: a private balcony with superb views of the sand, water and sunsets.
Our condo also offers easy access with keyless entry and no check-in process. You'll go right to the condo to start your vacation!
There is a one time $25 registration fee paid directly to the resort for your entire stay.
BONUS: we include beach towels and beach chairs in our condo for your use.

Great view. Close access to beach, a few restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops. I also felt very safe at this location. Very comfortable bed, excellent sound machine, fully equipped kitchen and great communication from the host. I couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Can’t beat the beach views from the condo! The beach and pool were more crowded than we prefer, but it could have been the time of year and the extreme heat. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs. There are several restaurants to choose from that are walkable. We highly recommend Local Steamer Seafood Market. The host was very responsive. We would definitely book again.

The host was amazing, she checked in on us throughout the stay, the condo was cleaned properly, she also provided extra amenities for us which was a plus, everything worked perfectly, the location was close to a lot of places, we really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this condo for sure!
