The Space
This large, freshly renovated one-bedroom second floor condo is filled with natural light pouring through new windows. Every room has been updated, including the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, while hardwood floors flow throughout the unit (with tile in the bathroom). With a queen bedroom and full sized pull out couch in the living room for extra space, it's a comfortable, modern space wrapped in historic charm. Most of the unit names were passed down from a former owner who ran the Bean House as a bed and breakfast before the conversion to condos. Inspired by classic literature, the units carry names such as Camelot, Hobbit Hutch, Upstairs Downstairs, Room With a View, Garden View, and Age of Innocence - adding to the building's unique charm and story.
