The studio does not have hangers or stools yet for the L-shaped counter where the office chair is. They will be provided soon.



The Space:

Newly built studio with unique, beautiful decor! Located a 1-minute walk from Brooklin Metro Station and 5 minutes from Borba Gato Station. A unique, exclusive and stylish place.



The area is quiet, with restaurant options near the building. For your convenience, enjoy the new, fully equipped gym for your workout and the rooftop terrace for some afternoon sun!



The 24 m² studio with balcony is brand new and in a prime location, perfect for a cozy short or medium stay. For up to two guests, the studio has a comfortable double bed made up with full linens, sheets, towels and blankets. With air conditioning, a good night's sleep is guaranteed!



If you like watching a movie before bed or the news in the morning, there's a 50" Smart TV with Roku streaming.



In the kitchen, you can prepare quick meals using the microwave, air fryer and electric cooktop. There's also a fridge, plates and cutlery, cups, bowls, glasses and wine glasses.



The wardrobe has plenty of space for you to organize your clothes!



Guest Access:

The building offers access to the gym and shared laundry on the 7th floor, and a small meeting room on the ground floor equipped with a TV, also suitable for coworking and meetings.



Other Things to Note:

- Please send, as far in advance as possible, a photo of an official government-issued photo ID from your country for all guests.



- Visitors are not allowed. The unit is for the exclusive use of the guests registered on the booking.



- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out must be strictly by 11:00 AM. Please note: if the check-out time is not respected, there may be charges for rescheduling the cleaning or even for relocating the next guest to another property.



IMPORTANT:

Cleaning cancellations made after 8 AM on the scheduled day disrupt the team's planning and cause them a loss of income, so they will be charged at 50% of the cleaning fee. The amount will be requested through the platform's resolution center.



- Early check-in may be possible, but we will only know on the day. If you are arriving in the morning, it may be better to book an extra night before your arrival.



- Check the opening hours and restrictions of the common areas and follow the building's instructions for accessing and using them.



- We are not a hotel, so breakfast and cleaning or housekeeping services are not included.



- Linens: We provide full linens, including bed linens, bath and face towels, a bath mat, a floor cloth and a dish towel. Toilet paper and soap are provided for your arrival. These items are not replenished during your stay.



- The apartment has been prepared for your comfort. Please take care of it as if it were your own, and enjoy your stay and the many attractions the city has to offer.



Interaction with Guests:

We prefer all communication to take place through the Vrbo chat, since that's how our team works together, but if needed we can be there in person, as we live in the same city.



If you don't have it yet, we recommend downloading the Vrbo app and keeping it on your phone's home screen until checkout, so you can better see our message notifications.



Please watch for our messages right after booking, as we request documents from all guests, which are required to authorize entry into the building. Don't leave sending them to the last minute, as our team is available from 8 AM to 10 PM. Outside these hours, we can be reached by messaging app or phone in case of emergency, at the number provided in the booking.
