Charming purpose built lodge apartments 10 minutes drive from centre off Banff with regular public buses. Excellent reception and bar restaurant area and superb outside hot tub with fire pit.

Room furniture a little dated and a bit cramped for more than 2 people. Parking a bit of a free fit all but always managed to find a space within about 100m of apartment.

It’s was clean and tidy

The restaurant was a big let down, waiters in dirty aprons, booked a table twice and they sat us in the lounge area as they over booked the restaurant and that was the only available table, this was meant to be a lovely meal for our 25th wedding anniversary. Second time they didn’t book us all in, only two people and not our children so again the restaurant was full so they dumped us on the table in the lounge, I refused to eat back in there the remaining time of our holiday. I wouldn’t go back to the hotel again, found some of the restaurant staff rude.
