Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara Center Strip Las Vegas

The Elara is a fantastic location with easy access to great food, the Arte Museum and other Vegas highlights. Our 3 bedroom suite was just right for the 7 of us. Well equipped. Very clean. Beautiful views. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the security people at the elevators and housekeeping. The pool is a comfortable and pleasant place to relax. At the end of the day, it felt quiet and calm to walk into the Elara lobby. Thank you!

Check in. The check in was long and disappointing to find that the friendly greeter offering to help us "check in" as we walked in just led us to a timeshare counter. While the person at the counter was helpful and pleasant, it took us a long time to politely get "no, thank you" established. Also, there was a discrepancy between what Booking.com offered in our reservation and what the Hilton provided. Maybe best to book directly with the hotel? IDK. That discussion also added time at the counter. Otherwise, once we stepped into our beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows and fantastic view,.... our 3 night stay at the Elara was wonderful!!

Spacious.

Highly recommend they add a full-length mirror to every room

It was well situated. The rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. I liked the concierge service on text.

It did not have that many amenities. A couple of towels were not clean. There were a lot of sales representatives trying to sell. Wasn’t able to put stay on Hilton honors membership because booked through third party.

It was fine. What I needed and no more. Clean, modern, good location although a bit hard to get into as you have to go through the mall

I am unhappy with booking.com telling me I could get early check and late check out as well as cash back to spend on the property if I paid a bit extra. yet on arrival none of this was actually true! So I over paid for nothing. Even the credit the staff reluctantly gave me then didn’t show on my account and I had to complain to get it credited.
