It was in great location! Close to the mall, restaurants, and right off the highway.

It could have been cleaner.

Comfortable, clean room, great location

The hotel was beautiful. Very nice. The location was convenient and easily accessible to most of where we were going.

Me and my fiancé booked a room 60 days prior to our arrival. The front desk clerk notified her that there was not any king size rooms left. Confused, I went down to the counter to inquire why such is the case. The front desk associate was not pleasant at all. I was notified by a manager that due to third party bookings specified rooms are not guaranteed. Which is fine! However, not my problem. I simply wanted a solution. That could’ve been a night off, free upgrade or whatever it may be. I was respectful, was not rude. When the manager made her way out, she was aggressive in her approach and I felt as if I was the bother when my reservation was not fulfilled. Staff needs to be trained on solution oriented approach. I shouldn’t have felt the way I did when it was not my fault that things were not correct. Very dissatisfied.
