Bellagio

It’s just an amazing place.

Everything

More of the fountain view room we booked and their displays

Swimming pools are not easily accessible , we can’t find our way around to go there and their cabanas need to be booked and be paid as well which is a bit much

The ambience and decor

I loved everything

Room was excellent and location great for The Strip.

There is an English phrase that describes this hotel perfectly "All fur coat and no knickers". Front desk staff came across as imcompetent with one unable to explain why almost $900 had been taken for a $341 room (still unresolved) and then another advising that parking was paid for (shown on invoice) and card endorsed only to have to pay the charge on exit as hotel card didnt work as promised. Casino's full of smoke both tobacco and herbal and flat unpleasant beer. All told good venue but work needed in a lack lustre customer experince.
