We absolutely loved our stay at Best Western! Honestly, the pictures of this hotel do not do it justice—it’s even better in person! From the moment we arrived, we had such a great experience and ended up loving it so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Extending our stay was completely hassle-free! The hot, fresh breakfast every morning was a perfect way to start the day (or end a long night). After spending time exploring New Orleans, the amazing pool was perfect for cooling off during those hot Louisiana days, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed after walking around the city all day. We also really enjoyed the bar that opens in the afternoon—the bartender was fantastic and made the experience even better! There were also convenient vending machines and a snack bar at the front desk, which came in handy. The complimentary cookies were such a nice touch, and having a Keurig coffee maker right in our room was another bonus! The hotel itself was quiet, comfortable, and felt very safe. The location was also incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping centers and malls nearby and the French Quarter only about 15 minutes away. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel in a great location with so many thoughtful amenities. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the New Orleans area!

Not much I can say about what I didn’t like. The hallways and elevators were kind of hot but it’s to be expected in 100+ degree weather

The staff is always very helpful and the housekeepers are very respectful and pleasant. The patio area, breakfast, and the free coffee bar is the best.

We ALWAYS stay here since it’s quiet and I work remotely. This time the wifi was very bad. I had a lot of dropped calls and had to reset wifi number of times through out the day
