We loved our stay. Great location. The room was beautiful. Everything felt new and very welcoming.

Location.
It’s too big and impersonal. They are trying to be high tech but that creates more hassles than it solves. For example, they tell you you can check in online and have your key on your phone but that turns out to be a hassle and at the end they tell you you have to go to the front desk anyway. Once in the room, anything you might need to know can only be accessed through a QR codes and the codes don’t always work.
