The facility, the staff and the environment
The toilet didn't work, that's all that was not good...

The bed was comfortable, good pillows. The towels were actually pretty soft. There were ice trays in the freezer.
They were doing work on the parking lot so very limited space the first night. It was very difficult getting out the next morning. The breakfast wasn't kept up with. Couple muffins, couple packs of oatmeal, one pack of grits. No butter, couple packets of regular sugar. The rooms have a full kitchen but I was a bit disappointed there wasn't a toaster.

The room’s bathroom was horrible.Cleanliness was good but the extractor was very noisy and the lights also.I SUFFER FROM PAD and those noise really ruin my nerves.

Did not have breakfast
We did very early check out
Rooms smelled bad
We had to switch rooms bc it was smelling a lot like cigarette, second room smelled weird too. My daughter started having asthma episode due to that smell, she had to go sleep at my son’s university dorm😬
Overall cleaning was not great
