Convenient location.

Very conveniently located to downtown shopping, restaurants, and food truck court which was super fun. I would not say it is walking distance to any trailheads, you would need to drive to these, especially in the heat.
Check in seemed like she wanted to rush us out the door and was not really willing to answer questions about tourist opportunities. Just seemed like she was inconvenienced by us checking in. Also let us know they were not be available for any help after the office closed which seemed fairly early.

Convenient walking to town; easy to find; central location for National Parks Arches and Canyon Lands
The price was very reasonable. Most other facilities were twice the price. We didn't stay in the room a lot so we didn't need extra amenities
The truck road noise from the Highway was loud all night but they did provide ear plugs
The floor was squeaky and creaky
