Outstanding location at Lionshead, near a convergence of walking/biking trails, shops, restaurants, and the Gondola to the mountain. Hotel staff very helpful. Free local shuttle.
Wifi/internet did not work the first day. Hot water is lukewarm. No A/C in room, though only needed it in late afternoon.

Right next to the gondola, with friendly and helpful staff, easy parking, and clean, convenient accommodations. Rooms are privately owned and vary a lot. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the coffee—freshly brewed or espresso-based options would be a welcome improvement over the standard drip coffee.
I was initially given a room that didn’t match the description and was clearly inferior—it had no balcony or fireplace, and the water pressure was low with no hot water. Thankfully, the front desk manager, Nick, was extremely friendly, acknowledged the issue, and promptly rectified the situation.

Location was excellent! Great calm views of creek and mtn. Having ski valet was a special treat and the quality of food at the restaurants made for a perfect experience after a day on the slopes.
Noise, many guests ran up and down the hallways. Unfortunately not all patrons are respectful of others.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room location was great, with a patio that looked out on a river.
The restaurant food was like eating fast food. Their were cans of paint in my closet but the room needs more than paint. The heat didn't work and the bathroom fixtures were cheap. The toilet barely flushed.
