Beachside Resort Panama City Beach

It was very clean

Every thing was good

Loved the pool and how close and clean the beach was!! Was able to have to room cleaned several times during our stay. Close to grocery store. Grill/bar poolside. Was very nice

Room wasn’t 100% clean but for the price and everything else being amazing we gladly overlooked it!

The beds were comfortable. Nice quite location

The pool and hot tub closed at sun down. This was not advertised and the signs said 10pm.

Great location on the beach at what does feel like a resort property. Very nice pool area and kiddie pool area, right on the beach, with a bar & grill in the pool area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is peaceful while being close to everything.

The staff refuses check in even 30 min early, which always blows my mind. If a room is cleaned and ready, why not let someone check in like other hotels do? We arrived a few hours early and just checked to see if we could check in early, adamant no. That's fine, and the right of the hotel, but we waited at the pool for 3 hours to return at check in time to find about 25 people waiting to check in. This made us late for dinner with family, and when I questioned it, I was told that "check in STARTS at 4." Ok, maybe let people check in when they arrive, within reason, and avoid this issue. When we finally did get checked in nearly an hour late, we were hit with huge unexpected parking fees for each day. I was told this is advertised on Booking, but I had to dig to find it. You won't see it unless you dig for it. It isn't like the parking lot is secure or underground, or in a deck, it's just an open parking lot that they tack on a fee each day high enough for a few people to eat a fast food meal each day on. Nice hotel overall, but I'd skip it for the check-in issues and high parking fees. Disappointing.
