Villa is in a quiet residential location.Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, air con in all rooms was a boon in July - as was being able to park our hire car in the cool garage.Pool superb. As a host Luis was friendly, professional and highly responsive. No negatives at all and we will return!

Gorgeous villa, loved the layout, absolutely perfect for families!

We had a fantastic week at Luis' finca in Santa Ponça and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house is beautifully maintained, very clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need – from kitchen appliances to outdoor furniture. It’s clear that great attention has been paid to both comfort and functionality. The garden and pool area are absolutely lovely – a perfect oasis to relax, sunbathe, or enjoy a quiet afternoon. The pool was clean and well-kept, and the surrounding greenery gave the whole place a peaceful, private atmosphere. One of our favorite spots was the spacious terrace, which is ideal for long dinners with friends or family. Whether you're having a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue in the evening, it's the perfect setting for spending quality time together.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday home. Luis was also a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely love to come back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed stay in Mallorca.

A fantastic stay at a beautiful property. Really well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Luis was incredibly helpful and quick to respond, 10/10 all round
