The space
Perched on the 4th and top floor of a classic Lisbon building, this sun-drenched apartment offers the best the city has to give: a private balcony with sweeping views over the Tagus River, all-day natural light pouring through every window, and an unmistakably Lisbon feel — right in the middle of one of the city's most beloved neighbourhoods.
The apartment sleeps up to 6 guests across two bedrooms — one double and one with two single beds — plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The 70m² layout is compact but well thought-out, making smart use of every corner.
Kitchen & living
The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full group dinner: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, and a complete set of pots, pans, and utensils. The dining table seats the whole group, and a Smart TV with cable channels and air conditioning throughout keep the living area comfortable in every season.
The balcony
Open views in all directions. Sunlight from morning to evening. Step outside with your coffee and watch Lisbon come to life — the Tagus River and the hills of the South Bank stretching out ahead. This balcony is what guests remember most.
The neighbourhood
You're in the Bairro Alto / Mercês quarter — one of Lisbon's most atmospheric and sought-after districts, where fado, azulejos, and rooftop bars coexist within the same cobblestone street.

This property was perfect for our first time visit to Portugal. Great location, clean and welcoming. The hosts were amazing!!! Fantastic communication prior and during our stay and Naida was there to welcome us when we first arrived. I hope my travels bring me back to Lisbon as I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Pedro and Naida!

A Perfect Stay in Paradise: Pedro & Naide’s Gem - If you're looking for the gold standard of VRBO experiences, look no further. Our stay at Pedro and Naide’s apartment was, quite simply, flawless from start to finish. Communication was proactive, warm, and incredibly helpful. They provided clear check-in instructions and were always just a quick message away, responding within minutes to any questions we had. It truly felt like we were being welcomed by old friends.The first thing we noticed upon walking in was how sparkling clean the space was—it was absolutely pristine. Beyond the cleanliness, the level of preparation was impressive, Stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal including cookware, microwave, kettle, etc. We had a surplus of plush towels and high-end toiletries. The decor was warm and cozy, making it the perfect to relax and return to after a day of exploring. We loved being able to walk to local cafes and boutiques. The surrounding area is inviting and several restaurants are just a minutes away. Grocery stores are right around the corner, making errands a breeze. The neighborhood has a fantastic energy that truly allows you to live like a local.Bottom Line: We’ve stayed in many rentals, but the attention to detail and genuine care provided by Pedro and Naide set this apartment apart. Do yourself a favor and book this place immediately—you won’t regret it!!!
