lovely quiet property, really lovely breakfast and staff, very clean

Good surroundings and clean and comfortable but not much help to take luggage up the staircases. Spa service was excellent.

Jacuzzi was dirty and not well maintained
Pool is very small.
Have to climb many steps to reach rooms with no help to take luggage up and down.

Nice clean rooms, lovely peaceful setting, jacuzzi was nice although needed more water and would have been nice a bit hotter. Breakfast was fine
The pool was very brown, Jeff the host was a little overbearing, just trying to be friendly but would stand over us while we were having breakfast.
The breakfast was ok but serving instant coffee when you're in the coffee region is a shame.

The Booking.com description does not match the facilities or the breakfast or food service at Rancho San Antonio. However, the people are very kind and helpful.
There were no spa services, we were hoping for massages and a place to relax and hang out. There's no comfortable place to sit. We were mislead about the shuttle service; booking.com says airport shuttle service is provided but it doesn't say that there is a charge - it should. The breakfast was not an American breakfast as described in Booking.com, it left us very disappointed and hungry.
