Azulejos Cais Sodré B&B

The location was excellent. Just steps away from a lot of bars, restaurants, shops. Easily walkable to tons of places to see around the city. The apartment itself is very charming. Clearly a historic apartment that has maintained a lot of its charm but had updates to electrical, lighting, etc. The kitchen was well appointed for longer stays. We didn’t realize we were renting an entire apartment for less money than a single hotel room. You’ll get two large bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, sitting room, dining area, tons of windows overlooking the street below. We only stayed 1 night but wish we could have stayed more. When we return to Lisbon we will seek this place out again!

It was very stuffy overnight in mid September. Didn’t sleep with the windows open due to the noise from the bars below but it was quite warm overnight. There was a fan in each room but probably should have just dealt with the noise to get some more cool air inside. Also the bed was far too firm for me and I found it to be really uncomfortable.

A localização é perfeita!!

Location was very good.

The whole accommodation was very tired. Needs a good update. No Airconditioning in room. No tea/coffee in room. Very small living area. Small bathroom. We booked a Superior SUITE, we got a very basic room. Could touch the walls on either side in the living area. Breakfast was passable, but breakfast host could only speak Portuguese, contrary to advice from accommodation manager.
