We had a wonderful time at Rocky's property. It was close to everything and yet in a quiet location away from the crowds. The unit was wonderfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Access to the heated garage was a bonus since we were snowmobiling for a few days and were able to park them inside overnight. Will stay here again when we are back for more adventures!!

Absolutely loved this property. We were a group of 5 adults and this was the perfect place for our stay in February. Plenty of space, stocked with everything you can think of, and very clean. Loved the convenience of location also. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting West Yellowstone.

My family and I were extremely comfortable in this property. (Group of 6 adults.) We really liked staying there as we explored Yellowstone National Park. The property is on the main road and on a truck route which was noisy if the windows were left open but with the windows closed it wasn’t a problem.
We walked from the property all over town. Easy to get to the restaurants either walking or driving. The property is also close to the entrance of Yellowstone.
It is a really nice property and it was our favorite rental property as we worked our way down to Jackson, WY.

The location was wonderful and overall very good. They had plenty of kitchen items to use and even coffee and filters. The only negative i would have is that 3rd bedroom should be for kids only as it has partially open windows into the other common areas and we were there with other couples and wife did not feel comfortable changing clothes in there. The property manager was top notch as we accidentally left a phone charger there and he met us back there to retrieve a couple of days later. Overall a good experience.

This was a beautiful condo with all the amenities we needed. The bath towels were wonderful. The location was ideal, with shopping and eateries within walking distance.

Absolutely perfect base for the park, we were blown away by how beautiful this home is and all the creature comforts that came with it. The pics don’t do it justice. We stayed with our two kids (2 & 5) and my parents, it was a very comfortable space for all of us. Highly recommend.

This property was very well appointed with sugar, spices / oil, plenty of paper products, plenty of towels, and soaps in all bathrooms. The location to the West Yellowstone entrance can not be beat and it was great to be able to walk into town for dinner and ice cream. The only thing is that, as other reviewers pointed out, it’s rather loud and we couldn’t sleep with windows open which made the place fairly hot. The third bedroom also doesn’t have blackout blinds like the others so we ended up hanging towels to block some of the light for my kid who goes to sleep before the 9pm sunset. Other than that, I couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness, communication, and comfort of the apartment!

Overall we had a great stay. There were a couple of hiccups that couldn’t have been avoided and the owners were very responsive. Especially on July 4th….
We read the reviews about the road outside and honestly it was no big deal. If you are looking for a tranquil experience, I don’t recommend staying in town.
Highly recommended for families visiting Yellowstone.

The home was perfect for our family of 5. It was very close to the park entrance and downtown. Wish we could have stayed longer. Rocky was quick to answer and very informative about alternative things to do in town. We highly recommend staying here.

This is our favorite Vrbo property. Rocky is extremely accommodating and very hospitable as a host. This property has everything you could want or need during your stay. The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows! It is very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. We were able to do laundry which was much appreciated during our time there. Relaxing in the recliners after a lot of walking in the Park was a treat. Can’t wait to go back!

The property had enough space for my family and parents. We really enjoyed the two car garage that was large enough for both of our trucks to fit in. My kids enjoyed the whirlpool bath tub!

This property was a great location if you are wanting to explore Yellowstone. A couple of nights we even walked to the shops and restaurants. I recommend staying here.

This property is well maintained and conveniently located. It was helpful to have use of the garage for easy access in and out. The common areas are spacious and the kitchen was clean with nice cookware available. We also used the gas grill on the patio to cook a meal. Extra supplies like paper towels were in the storage closet and it was nice to be able to do laundry in house with detergent supplied. We opened the windows for fresh air but there is fairly significant road noise from the traffic just outside. I did not realize that all of the rooms were upstairs -- I assumed from the picture that both floors were part of the rental. Before and during our stay when I sent a message to the property owner I always got a reply.

This is a well maintained property in a location very convenient to town facilities and the entrance to Yellowstone.
The kitchen was stocked far better than most unit rentals we have experienced, including some spices, foil, ziplock bags etc, and many useful cooking utensils and tools.
Highly recommended.

My husband and I took our 4 adult children on a trip before they all leave home. This property was perfect! It is spacious and homey. Very clean and great kitchen stocked well. Definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for our group of 6. It was in a great location with excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend if you’re ever in West Yellowstone. Perfect location for touring the park!

Our trip was short and sweet. The location of the property is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance. The only downside, and this is only for sensitive sleepers, is the traffic noise. The property is located on a main road and there are some big trucks going through. So, if you're not used to some traffic noise, it may seem a bit noisy. Nevertheless, that was the only negative. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

This property was wonderful to stay at. From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home. It was clean, comfortable and a very welcoming place to relax after a day in the park. We loved having the ability to make meals in the well equipped kitchen and grill on the porch. The bedding was quite comfortable offering a good night sleep. Getting to the park was a breeze. It also is an easy walk to down town and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

It’s a really nice house and so close to the Yellowstone park entrance! We like all the details the hosts paid attention to, such as the soft towels and very useful pots and pans. Highly recommended!

The property was very clean and well furnished & equipped. However… Had I known that the elevator that was shown on the layout was not operational I would not have rented this unit. Myself & my 89 yo dad had big problems getting up and down the stairs . Also … the picture of the outside front of the property was somewhat misleading as it is located on a 4 lane DRAG STRIP!!! It was unbelievably noisy!! I wouldn’t book it again .

Perfect location to Yellowstone. Easy drive into the park, the garage was great to use. Also the location can't be beat. We were able to walk anywhere within West Yellowstone. It was easy to walk to the grocery stores or anywhere else in the town. Lots of food options within walking distance as well. The house was stocked and had so many touches throughout the space.

Right around the corner from the West Yellowstone entrance to the park, this apartment was a great home base! You'll do a lot of driving within yellowstone due to the sheer size of the park, so it was helpful staying so close by. The apartment was clean, well stocked and the owner was kind and professional. It is located on a busy road, but noise was not a problem.

Everything was great about this property including space, cleanliness and location.
The only small negative was that we were caught off guard by no air conditioning, although we recognize that is a rarity in that area.
I would definitely book this place again but some in my party really missed the AC.
