Great staff and great hotel.. would come back
Staff was nice, hotel room was so big. Loved the room and 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies
The pool… we had to go to g floor but was not given a passcode to ride elevators back up, had to walk up ramp outside and to walk back into hotel, pools looked murky..

If i wasnt right on the beach this would have been the worst hotel i have ever stayed in in my life.
That it was right on the beach
The construction on our floor that nobody said anything about before hand, working early in the morning loud with no notice. Balcony door handle kept falling off. Oven full of grease, zero water pressure in the shower, lounge in the lobby with absolutely nothing going on in it. Kind of a lie and embarrassing to call it a resort.

I will not come back.
I did like it was close to the beach .
My experience, at first it started when I arrived a little after 1pm because I received an email stating I could check in after 12pm. Once arriving the front desk lady told me come back at 3pm to check in. I came back at 3 it was a different lady and she informed me that rooms were not ready to come back at 4pm. I said well the other young lady told me to come back at 3pm. She said I don’t know why cause you can’t check in (seem like she had an attitude) I asked why my email say 12pm she said idk and shugged her shoulders. So once I came back at 4pm she started checking me in and stated “oh your room been ready “ so why didn’t she just check that when I came the first time?. Once I got in the room the air conditioning doesn’t work had to use hand held fan to cool down IN THE ROOM, the bed sheets had burn holes, there was a ball of tissue trash on bathroom sink, the balcony was nothing like the picture showed. I also had to go get key reset THREE TIMES in my one night stay. The room is not what was expected.

Disgusting
Nothing
Very dirty. Very out of control guest that the hotel wouldn't help keep them quiet and they all partied all night. Most terrible hotel experience when trying to get sleep. Found roaches in the bed

A nightmare
It was dirty, a lot of water on the floor. Someone enter in my bedroom and I lost my smart watch. It was very expensive for the things they offer. A bad smell all the time and for some reason I had to pay 20 dollars because I checked in too late even when I told them I was traveling from RI.

It was somewhere to sleep, not vacation.
The location is the only good thing about it.
We booked a king studio room ocean view, and were put in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. While that isn’t a problem for us, I could imagine it could be a problem for someone who HAD booked that bigger room, and couldn’t get it. There were no towels, toilet paper, or wash rags until we requested them. There was still food in the sink and the dishwasher smelled BAD. I believe the couch was missing back cushions and there were stains on both couches. The bathtub handle fell off any time you turned the water off too fast. The doors were not sealed properly. The balcony locks didn’t work. The pools & hot tub were very dirty. Parking was a hassle. Refrigerator was missing drawers & shelves. Just all over very dirty and felt like it was thrown together last minute. Also, the pop up $100 security fee should be noted when booking. We didn’t know about it until we got there as we had paid for the room 2 months prior.
