Staff is very nice!! Room huge and clean. Love the way they fan the wash clothes...

Room size and ocean view

There were plastic coverings on all of the lights that had a warning to be removed before use but we’re still on. Serious fire hazard. I removed the ones from the light we used but goodness I hope others in other rooms did.

Ocean view, Beach is just downstairs Room space is good all facilities and less expensive than the bigger hotels

They had yogurt and bread they coffe had grounds in every cup

The coffee pot in the room was broken the room was dirty

I loved the ocean front balcony and very short walk to beach. Staff was polite...front desk, cleaning, maintenance (upgrading door locks) and can not forget the pool guy.

I disliked the sand on the floor of the room...it seemed to be everywhere. It would have been nice to have something in the room to clean up sand that was my fault.

the housekeepers were friendly but the front desk personnel was a nightmare!

the fact that two rooms were rented and a needle syringe was left in the refrigerator by housekeepers which was a mistake on their part but the housekeeping inspectors should have caught it.

Never stayed there, as soon as we walked in the reception area was dirty. The front door was looks like broken, the parking availability was very poor and not enough for the hotel capacity. We didn’t see anyone at the front desk area. After couple of minutes we says hello, some one front the back yelled back to us-“come back half an hour, I’m on lunch break”. We left without check into the hotel. I can imagine it will be trouble with the room cleanliness and the breakfast hygiene (which supposed to come with the hotel room rate). We had to find an other hotel for more money. I would like to have receive a refund for this circumstances and bad experience from the first moment we arrived! The pictures of the booking.com do not reflect what we saw and experienced at the arrival. I really appreciate you help for this matter and refund my money! thanks

location,floor’s were dirty,Elevator not working properly the place looks like a slum,towel fixture in bathroom was missing and a hole in the wall.
