Accommodations were as described and we enjoyed our stay there. It was great for a weekend away with the wife for us to unwind a little and see some of the Texas Hill Country. Location was great for those with cars. It was perfectly secluded for our tastes, but still only a short drive away from Main Street and all of the attractions.

We had a wonderful stay. The little house it the perfect get away.. feels like you are far out in the country while you are actually really close to downtown.

Couldn’t have asked for a better location, we had plenty of space and had the feel of being a long way from town but in reality it was just 5-7 minutes to downtown. House was clean and well furnished and they even left snacks and all the ingredients for s’mores. Plenty of room in the yard for our pup to stretch his legs. Hot tub did have some trouble getting above 95 degrees but that was a relatively minor issue. Overall it’s definitely our favorite place we’ve stayed in Fredricksburg over the years and we look forward to returning.

The cottage was great, clean, nicely supplied, and in a beautiful location on the edge of ranch land. The cottage comes with front porch with rockers and a cosy lit patio area with table and multiple chairs. There's even a carport to shade the car and a hottub. Your right out in the quiet countryside but very close drive to Fredericksburg, so very convenient. We will be back!!!

The property and view is absolutely beautiful !!...so quiet and peaceful. The Cottage was adorable, comfortable, so clean !!...loved the hottub !!...house was fully supplied with essentials and some wonderful snacks !!!.....I absolutely loved staying there and will again !!!....The owner/host Diane is so sweet and answered all messages right away...she made the process so easy !!!....5 stars in my book !!!!!

Even though it was a short visit, the wife and I had the most relaxed time. Sitting out on the front porch and listening to birds, while the jack rabbits chasing each other. I plan on reserving this place again!

Celebrated our 43 anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Will recommend in the future.

This place was better than expected. The location was excellent, the house was rustic with all the modern amenities. This place helped us relax, enjoy our time and hate to leave. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away with quiet elegance.

Accommodations and hot tub were nice and accurately described. AC is two window units that worked fine for cooling. Hot tub was nice and pleasant. Some attractions were closed in town but most were open. We enjoyed it. Bed is VERY soft.

This was the perfect get away for my husband and I to celebrate our eighth wedding anniversary. The house is not far from Fredericksburg. (Downtown) The bed was comfortable. The house was clean. I will say the house does have covered parking which came in handy because there was two hail storms while we were there so that was a plus the only downside of our stay was I was looking forward to the hot tub. I don’t know if it was just cleaned, but the chlorine was a little bit on the stronger side . I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

If you just want to get away and relax then this is the place for you. We stayed a week and Fredricksburg was just over 2 miles away. They have a huge HEB so they have anything and everything you need. I am quite the chef and enjoy cooking a lot. I am the stupid one here. I thought they had an oven. (Won't make that mistake again). But I improvised and used the grill outside and the stovetop. Everything was delish! The bed is very soft and comfortable. Loved the large walk-in shower. We didn't really know how to use their ROKU/Netflix/etc. TV so we mostly streamed our shows on our I-pad and computer. We really watched very little TV. Finally figured out how to have Country Western music play on our last two days. Oh well. Loved sitting outside around the fire pit at night. There were sheep, goats, miniatue horses and cows surrounding us. Also hummingbirds visited everyday. Sunsets were incredible. We never used the hot tub because we forgot our swimsuits.

House was quaint. No stove, only a range. Only complaint is the shower head was clogged with salt so only half of it worked. Other than that, it was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place on quiet roads just outside of Fredericksburg, but close enough to town when needed/wanted. This was my second stay here; it's clean, spacious, with a good kitchen and a great outdoor space to enjoy the scenery. Would definitely stay again!

We just love Fredericksburg and this little gem was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away and celebrate our anniversary. Location is great, it is a very short drive to main street, but If you want to be away from neighbors, & noise of the city, this is the place! The king size bed was comfy, the house has ample room for being a quaint little bungalow and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was a plus! We didn't think we would use it since we usually don't get into hot tubs, but we really enjoyed it! We will definitely keep this place at the top of our list if we return!

My wife and I had a great time just enjoying the area outside the busy holiday time. The property was perfect and would highly recommend.

Very clean, bed was comfy, shower was roomy, no noise disturbed us at all even for being way out there, no random dog barks, it was super quiet just what we needed to ourselves! This was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be coming back!

Property was amazing and exactly as advertised! We picked the coldest weekend in like forever to go and the hosts were amazing and made sure we were good and had everything. Let me start this review by stating how wonderful the hosts are at this location. They were responsive and extremely kind. The location was beautiful and not too far from town. However for us, the home scent was extremely strong and not our cup of tea. The sheets had an odd smell as well. However the bed was comfortable. The art choices were not our taste either. The master bedroom has a couples portrait that takes up one entire wall that stares at the bed. Photos of the property need to be updated to reflect the current layout and design so that guests are aware of what exactly they are booking.
