Çok memnun kaldık, Konforlu, temiz ve geniş oda. Anlaşmalı otopark olması iyi, az mesafe uzaklığındaydı ve kesinlikle gerekli. Otel büyük olduğu için çok etkinlik ve olanak bulunuyor, ancak iç erişimi kolay ve rahattı.

Anlaşmalı olan otopark yakın, ancak gece geç saatte otel ile arasındaki yol tekinsiz olabiliyor.

Security and safety. Safe place to sleep and stay, however the elevators required your keycard to take you to any floor. This makes sense until you realize how many friendly strangers there are that will scan their card for you.

After talking with other guests, we came to the conclusion that the hotel was fair in most aspects aside from the horrible elevators that take 4 minutes to arrive and stop at every floor, and the rock solid beds. With a 100% guarantee, we woke up with aches and pains from their nasty beds. Not gross or anything, very well maintained, but just actual brick beds.

The room and property were very clean and there was a lot nearby or a short ride away from. The area is beautiful.

They asked if they could get us a car to the cruise port and I said sure. I thought it may be like a complimentary service like some hotels do to airports. It wasn't, and she said it would be $70. After that she took my card for incidentals. Which I thought also meant payment for the shuttle. The next day they called at 12:00 to let us know our shuttle was here. It was supposed to get there at 12:30, but no biggie. When we got down, they didn't understand that we didn't know who the shuttle driver was (despite no one being there with a marked car). After eventually locating our driver and getting in the car, he started taking the wrong way and I said "we're going to the cruise port, right?", and he said that he was going to the airport. So we got that figured out. After waiting at the cruise port to unload, he says it's $85. And I said I already paid and they had told us it was $70. Mind you, we were in the car for 30 minutes and he never said anything. Now we're at the cruise port and I have no service, it's crowded, and there are tons of cars honking and people yelling. The driver is like call the hotel. I'm like I can't, i don't have service. And he's like well check your bank account, and I'm like I DONT HAVE SERVICE! Eventually the driver gets ahold of the hotel and I speak with the person at the desk and she says oh no, we don't take payment for them because they are a third party service. And I'm like you didn't tell us that. And then it turns out that this guy only takes cash which we barely had enough. And then he was mad that we didn't tip him and I was like dude... Point of the story, don't use their 3rd party shuttle service. It's cheaper, safer, and just overall better to use a Lyft or Uber.
