Il manque une seconde table de chevet et il pourrait y être utile d’avoir un petit frigo ou une bouilloire. Le chauffage est très bruyant. Le prix est élevé par rapport aux prestations de la chambre.

Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Very comfortable, atmospheric.We vacationed in the snowy winter, and the house had a wonderful fairy-tale atmosphere thanks to the peacefully crackling fireplace, hot jacuzzi, glass of wine, soft rocking chair and the smell of wood. Highly recommend, this place is worth!

The cabins are very rustic and cosy, with the slight modern touch that makes them convenient. Comfortable and stylish.

The shower unfortunately didn't work properly. Not the most central location in West Yellowstone.

Cabin feel is very real. Kitchen not too fully equipped

Lights were broken but took a while to fix. The team didn’t fix it when we were there for 3 nights

Location was great and property was clean and well kept. Beds were somewhat comfortable. Plenty of necessary items were provided (shampoo, soap, towels, etc.).

Not enough outlets near beds to plug in phones. Shower wasn't enclosed all the way (open to mirror). The price for the room was a little too expensive for that room.

Cabins stacked- other guests above you (LOUD- dragging chairs, stomping, talking); the young women at front desk with the cigarettes hanging out of shirt pocket rude, apathetic and unprofessional. Cabins old and run down but expensive!

Steps up to the second floor were very steep and actually a little hazardous to try to carry luggage up and down

We liked the extra room, the bigger refrigerator, the nice big bathroom and two sinks, table and chairs, rocking chairs, kitchenette, grill and picnic tables. It was nice and secluded. Thank you so much!

Location is great. There is a hot tub that kids really like. Staff is friendly.

Room is very humid. The vent for the bathroom is very loud.

The separate cabins are charming and arranged pleasantly in the grounds. The bed was excellent. The location is very conveniently situated- near town but not in the bustle of the tourist area.

Check in to me was slow for a place you prepaid. The manual can opener did not work.

I like the setup in the room and the antique chair was awesome. The surrounding were also quiet and it was lovely to stay here.

The bathroom terrace was not covered which disturbed the sound of someone who is sleeping and the fan in top of bathroom didn’t worked.

Nothing really, cabins dark and spooky. And worst of all, we discovered a bat in our room.

There was a bat in the room. We had to check out. We had booked it for 2 days. They offered us another room for one day only, and then they expected us to be searching for a hotel room somewhere else the next day.. We told them we were going to check in to a hotel where we can stay 2 days, so we are not moving from one place to another in our short 2-day trip to yellowstone. They did not refund the money for the first day. We were hardly in the room for 2 to 3 hours before we discovered a bat hiding behind a curtain in the kitchen. Who knows how many more were in the room.we couldn't stay in that room at all. Terrible experience. The place needs proper pest control services so guests can enjoy their stay without sharing it with bats. This is not a cheap place and they didn't refund the money for the day we discovered the bat and chose to move out to a place which had vacancy for 2 days, since we didn't want to be moving around every day for the 2 day trip to yellowstone national park. Check the cabins properly before checking in to this place.

The shawls are fine but without fridge unfortunately. I think it was a booking error because in the photos there was a small kitchen and a fridge, but there was nothing. Fortunately thanks to the very nice receptionist we had a fridge for our stay. Finally all this was very expensive for what it was. The crew was very kind and attentive

the room is small and could not fit family 4 to sleep. The extra bed they provided is not comfortable. after put extra bed into room and we have to eat food out of room A little Mouse tried to "share" food when we eating. Has other people let dog in which's not allowed and staff ignore it. The dog played and run to my daughter and scared her. Duty manager didn't show up when we complain. He/she was not communicated on the way to local room phone which we told the staff. Using message instead talking and message which we could not check when we out of country.

No hot water if the upstairs unit got to it first. Closet door didn't open more than halfway because it dragged on the carpet. For 3 guests we were given one 1/4 filled pump bottle of soap for the shower and hand washing.
