Location

Room was on top floor. We are elderly (80 & 85). Stairs were difficult to navigate. Bathroom and kitchen and the utensils were not clean.

The location

There was an overwhelming sewage odor in the bathroom which migrated to the rest of the room. There was only air conditioning in the bedroom making the rest of the room very uncomfortable and warm. The screen on the patio door was torn. The curtains in the bedroom were full of holes. There was someone else’s food in the refrigerator and freezer. The makeshift counter legs were propped up with soup cans. We had geckos coming into our room through power junction boxes. We disliked it so much that after one sleepless night and not being able to use the shower because of odor. Even though we paid for two nights we left after one and paid to stay at another hotel.

Los Pericos is one of the best Restaurants in all of Bucerias. Best French Toast I've ever had ! Always the very best !

Nearest to the beach

No elevator, but its doable going up n down.

the property itself is close to bucerias beach 2 properties down. but the water isn't swimmable for us. wave is too strong. we had to go to nearby towns to swim and spend time in the beach. the kitchen does not have the basic. Cooking oil, coffee cups, dirty blender, dusty toaster, dusty coffee maker, plates, cups, few cutleries that's all there was for the kitchen. there was 1 single sofa in the living room. we had to take turns sitting in that furniture. the WIFI was only strong in one corner of the room by the door. the worst part the is the host francisco offered an indecent proposal to my friend. and suggested not to mention to anyone. what a creepy guy!

Beautiful view of the ocean and great location

The incredible view from the penthouse/terrace made our stay. The location was great. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

The living space isn't for everyone. Getting up to the terrace and penthouse requires going up a small spiral staircase. The room and bathroom could use some fixing up. But the bed is comfortable and the hosts/cleaning lady were hospitable and wonderful.

It is near a beach and the bedroom has AC. The lady who cleans was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant bellow looked very good and the waitress was very friendly.

Rooms are very dirty probably since there seems to be only one person to clean the whole the whole hotel. When you cook in the kitchen it becomes very hot and smells of gas. The furniture is very old and falling apart.
