Good sized accommodation and great location.

Very steep stairs. Occupants of the other apartment were so noisy as to be antisocial. They yelled from early in the morning, and made a great deal of noise at 3am. One of the other guests went outside to vomit; I could hear everything. This isn't the fault of the owner, but something needs to be done to manage guest behaviour. I have never experienced worse from fellow users of accommodation.

great location , clean and good price for what you get

Amazing location, relatively quiet, just heard bottles from restaurant being thrown into collection at 10pm and 8am. Otherwise totally peaceful for central location.

Apartment is a little tired, needs a refresh of paint, cracked mugs, stains on wall over kitchen,and black marks behind bed, kitchen area has low eaves ceiling so you have to bend down to use it and watch you don’t hit your head. Kettle and coffee maker is good to have but there are no plugs near it on kitchen surface so you have to move both closer to plugs which are behing the electric hob, meaning cables are near or on hob surface. A bit odd. Also hob is directly next to sink, set up as a draining board for plates etc… with a teatowel on the hob and metal draining board. So very inefficient set up but not a disaster (first world problems 😉). The lighting is basic, just bare bulbs which were bright, (no shades), so rather harsh at night, also a few bulbs actually missing. It did not cause a problem but we thought it could have been better. Window next to bed had no blind or curtain, so light came in at night. Would be an issue in the summer as light could wake you up at 5am. Never got the TV to work. Channels do not seem available? Owner did give us batteries for the handsets for the TV as the batteries were dead, although still unable to watch TV as no channels available, so OK if you do not want to watch TV. Clean towels but were still damp from being washed. Owner dropped 1 small extra dry towel to help. Apartment felt cold on arrival (window open for fresh air (understandable), it was about 0 C degrees and a wet cold day, but small electrical heater did keep apartment warm over night, so good.

Location is very good. The room is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable. Heating was working well, it’s important in wintertime. Wifi was ok, no problem. Supermarket REWE is located very closely. Owner was very attentive to all my questions and responsive. I got clear instructions about check-in from the owner before arriving by e-mail. I would recommend this apartment for short term visit.

I felt a little inconvenience with kitchen stuff such as lack of a kitchen board for the cutting , a corkscrew , bowls, a small saucepan. Check-out time is early.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Everything you need is within easy walking distance . The bed is large and is very comfortable. For the coffee addict like me there is a Senseo coffee maker. The apartment is easy to get to from Dusseldorf Airport by public transport. It is ideal for a short break and I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

After a bucket of beer the stairs seemed endless to the 3rd floor apartment.

The apartment was roomy and had a nice sofa and table. The shower was great. The place was very clean. The bed has good reading lights. The contact with the host was fast and helpful.

There were no proper curtains to keep the sun out, so it was very bright in the room very early in the morning. The bed linen was washed with too much detergent and smelled heavily of soap for two days. There were air conditioning units spinning loudly outside (for other apartments) so sleeping meant choosing between the heat or the noise. I couldn't get the TV to work.

Location incredible nice and easy to move around. A lot of food options, places to go and the charming of neighborhood was everything! Be sure to use public transport, which is scaringly easy to access and to understand! I will certainly get back for more!

Some other apartments guests aside were to noise late at night, probably because of beer they have drink. Third floor has no windows to the front side of the apartment so you can not take a visual from the front street.
