Location was good. It was clean. Room was great. Beautiful view of the bay.

The bathroom didn't have and counter tops and the shower didn't have anywhere to put soap. However, the bathroom was huge! But all of our stuff had to go on the floor. You can hear the elevator all night long (our room was next to it). The check in/out desk was in another hotel in the parking lot.

The view of the bay was beautiful. The room size was nice and comfortable.

Location was good. Room was clean. We decided to stay a extra night and they gave us a great discount.

The hotel is in excellent location. All employees were kind and helpful. However, the rooms were extremely dirty, ketchup, dirt on walls; The rooms were extremely outdated and my friends room smelled like people were smoking ( which we reported to the front desk) since it is a non smoking rooms hotel. Bathroom was clean but very dated, paint chipping, cracked toilet and sink. The main pool is nice, the back pool by the lake was clean BUT the bathrooms were super dirty and the pool itself is falling apart. The deck has many lifted boards which caused one of the kids to get hurt. The bar and restaurant in the hotel is very nice; The food was good and decently priced. All restaurant employees were also very nice. We stayed at the Old sea bay, apparently the front hotel is owned by Best western Plus and is in better conditions.

I loved that we could walk to near by bat and restaurant leaving no room for error.

The staff was ignorant, asked for towels and wash cloths at 9 am due to trying to get ready to get married and had to use dirty towels because we never received them until we got back that evening, asked for new bed sheets and blankets at 9 am due to an accident and got the same sheets back that evening dirty and no blanket, got a room that was to have a full size refrigerator bc there was 5 of us in the room and got a mini fridge while every room around us had a standard refrigerator!!!, the freezer in the mini fridge was filled with ice so much you couldn't put anything in it, the oven was dirty, the toilet was wobbly, the balcony was so dirty and sticky we couldn't even sit on it!
