Great ocean view, and not far to the boardwalk. 2 queen beds were comfortable. The shower was nice. Free coffee and it's very good.
The carpet was dirty, our feet bottoms were black by walking around the room. The bathroom sink needed fixing, and the water was very hot.The place needed a curtain. The blind wasn't dark enough.

The room is very comfortable. very comfortable mattress. We love the balcony and ocean view. . Nice to have a refrigerator.
The pillows were too soft The bathroom is basic.

Overall for the price, it was not worth the three night stay. The shade was broken in the room. The kitchenette had very little utensils. The carpet was not really clean in the bed was lumpy. The one thing I enjoy the most was the view from the 4th floor ocean view balcony.
What could have been done better was to add more utensils in the kitchen that there wasn't even a knife to really cut your food no. Nice size bowls. The coffee cups were very small. The pots and pans were not nonstick. So everything you cook stuck to the pans. I paid over $1100 for my stay and it just wasn't worth it
