Not bad location. Super small rooms. We had 4 people and we took shifts getting ready in the space.

I like that the hotel was right on the boardwalk and in the middle. I absolutely Love Love Love the front porch. We’ve been admiring the front porch from the boardwalk for a few years. The staff are all so nice, friendly and accommodating.

When we first checked in and walked to our room, the hallway had a musty smell to it which was also in the room. I believe it was the carpet. The mattresses were not very comfortable. There was no shower soap in the bottle. With that said: we purchased a room freshener and shower gel. These things were not things that would keep us from staying there again. We will definitely stay there again.

At check in, was a little disappointed as the hotel did not resemble the website photos. It was a bit worn. But as the the days went on ... the hotel endeared itself to me. Loved the architecture, locations was amazing ... but the staff sealed the deal. So thoughtful and kind. While it could use some TLC, the staff kept things clean and in tip top shape. They even shared the history. Definitely coming back! I didn't give 4 smiling facing on facility, but that isn't the staffs fault .. mainly needs a refresh. Appreciate the free parking too!

A continental breakfast would have been nice. But thankful for the coffee!
