Excellent location, friendly front desk people, large rooms.

No black outs, room is lit with the sun, so dark curtains would make my sleep much better. The room wasn’t very clean, stains of blood on pillow cases.

The location is great.

Inadequate kitchen supplies. Poor coffee, not enough towels, no towels in kitchen. Garbage left smelling while we ate in breakfast area.

Located near the end of the village, the place was wonderfully peaceful. Beautiful beach within walking distance, and the ability to borrow umbrellas and chairs was a great bonus. Jungle view, comfortable bed, and tasty breakfast. Stable air conditioning and internet. The apartment was spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was extremely low – sometimes it wasn’t even enough to rinse off sand. The apartment had a kitchen, but it was very poorly equipped, making cooking nearly impossible. The biggest issue was the very noisy fridge, which we had to unplug at night in order to sleep. The breakfast selection was small, and during a longer stay, it became repetitive. Lastly, the drinking water container had small creatures swimming inside – likely tadpoles – which was disappointing.

It was close to the beach....walking distance....less than 5 minutes.

There was no "BAR"' nor restaurant service (except coffee in the morning). There was no room service. Hardly any reception area service. Reception Area: bathrooms were closed; no water to wash hands or feet. Swimming pool was NOT a pool. No hand towels in bathroom. Free advertised breakfast was fruit; anything else had to be paid for. No bottled water nor coffee-maker in the room. No T.V. No real Palapas on the beach.
