The apartment (we had the one on the 2nd floor) is perfect for a couple, with two spacy balconies, one of them has an astonishing mountain view. Hosts live in the same house, which doesn't include other apartments for permanent residents, just 4 apartments for rent. So it is easy to get help if it is necessary. If both parking places belonging to the apartments are busy (it happens sometimes), free street parking is available. The apartment is very clean, we didn't find any unpleasant smell in any place, which isn't so frequent thing even in good locations. Everything is well-equipped and convenient, hosts are very helpful and also keep very convenient distance, at the same time being next door. 10 minutes of slow pleasant walk over the bank to the old town, 200 metres to the beach and a convenient route to the main motorway. Technically, we had to depart on 11 a.m. and had our plane on 9 p.m. Any new guests weren't available next day, so we were kindly allowed to depart at out latest convenience without any surcharge. When we return to Chania, the first thing we'll do will be sending an inquiry if there are free apartments there.

Maria is a very friendly host. She brought us bananas from her family farm. we felt welcomed. As for the apartment it was very nice, super clean. housekeeping was cleaning every 3 days and changing the towels and linen. the beach was 3 minutes away. will definitely stay there again if i visit Crete next time.

Spacious apartment with a nice large balcony and a bakery nearby for breakfast. It was about a 15 minute walk into the old town, but there were lots of restaurants only a couple of minutes away on the seafront, and also a good beach for swimming. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel had 2 parking spots but it was also easy to park on the street nearby.

The only small thing was it might be helpful to message guests to let them know to ring you on arrival. It may just be because we got there late (about 10pm) but it wasn't clear how to get into the building and I had to find the number on booking.com to call the host. Once I called though she was very quick to let us in and welcome us, which was great!

Location was absolutely awesome! when I booked the apartment I thought it will be like 8-10 minutes from the seaside, in reality though it appeared to be even closer! I could see Nea Chora beach from the street, it took less then 5 minutes to get there

We didn’t have cold water in our apartment, though Maria (our host) did her best to solve the situation. And in very short time issue was resolved :)

We stayed at Plumi apartments with our young family. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped for a family stay including all the essentials in the kitchen so that we could cook meals for the kids. The proximity to the beach was a highlight!

Not a fault but if there was a way to provide some kids books toys that would have been amazing!

Great location, excellent bakery opposite the apartment, shops nearby, short walk to beach and nice restaurants, 10-15 mins to the old town. Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, and host Maria was very helpful. Car parking a real bonus. 2 balconies, the one at the front got the morning sun, and afternoon sun at the back, so it was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay

The apartments were great! Location is brilliant: silent street, beach is just in 5 mins walk, supermarkets are everywhere, free parking and 15 mins walk to Old City Centre. You can find everyting you need for comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully-equipped. The host is very nice and kind.

Friendly host, the apartment had everything you need to cook, the bed is perfectly comfortable! It has two balconies, views are ok. The location is perfect. It‘s close to the beach, good local restaurants and cafes and the gym.

Appartement is very clean, cozy, has a good view and location which is near the sea side. There are are a lot of different pretty restaurants nearby, so you will never be hungry. Our host Maria was very helpful, communicable, easy-going and nice person. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Chania!

The apartment is new, very clean and spacious enough for 4 pers. It gets a lot of light from the 2 balconies which we liked a lot. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and we appreciated the coffee, tea and olive oil that were provided. Thank you!There is a bakery across the street and there are a few small shops where you can do the groceries. Parking is free in front of the building.

You need to walk about 15 min to the center but we didn’t really mind.

We liked 2 balconies in the apartment, thanks to them our apartment was sunny and air conditioner wasn't necessary. We were thankful for clean accommodation, it was perfect. And it's worth mentioning that the apartment had everything what we needed (cutleries, cooking equipment, towels, paper towels, basin, etc).

Nothing. Everything was good with one small exception: once it was raining all day and we didnt have enough hot water (probably because heating is solar powered) .

The apartment was very clean, the host was very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable! The apartment is located very close to the old town (max 10 min walk) and local beach with loads of delicious restaurants.

Host was super easy to communicate with. Apartment met all our needs. AC is only in the main area and not in the bedroom but that wasn't a problem for us. 2 huge balconies were great and access to oil, vinegar, coffee, water was a bonus. We didn't have a washing machine in the apartment but there was one in the building we were able to use. Bathroom is big with a nice shower. Location was very close to everything. We loved our stay there!
