The property was clean, well kept, and communication was very easy. It fit our group including kids ages 5-11 perfectly. The screen porch was adorable and it was very centrally located to everything. Would highly recommend!

What I loved about our stay is that there was enough room to spread out and enjoy quiet time and together game time! My brothers and parents are already wanting to plan next years trip! Thank you Tom for being a great host. Response time for any questions was very timely! Thank you again Carrie

The property is at the center of everything. It very clean and up-to-date. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with the owner/host is very pleasant and easy. We’ll definitely stay again.

Great location. Plenty of room. Condo needs updating. Small kitchen and carpets need to be cleaned. Boards on first landing need to be replaced.

There was 15 of us adults and kids Tom’s house was perfect for us. We do an annual Saco trip and this was perfect. We are hoping to do it again next year. We all had a great weekend from the weather to the house accommodations everything was perfect. Thanks so much 😊

Loved the overall diversity inside off the house, together but not on top off each other. The air conditioner in the living room had trouble keeping up, so it was very warm inside the house. Had a problem with the kitchen sink trap leaking my husband and son fixed, but it needs attention. The pool is down the road a bit and not privately owned in the back of the house. Loved the privacy, seclusion but still close by for shopping and site visits

Location is fantastic. Place was clean. We were happy about getting to use the pool in the complex.

This is our 2nd year staying at this town home and it’s perfect for families. It’s clean, nicely furnished, and had all accommodations we needed. Close to the grocery store, restaurants, mini golf etc Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again!

Wonderful Trip

Our experience was very good with a couple of exceptions. Although advertised as having a screened in porch, the screens were badly damaged to the point we could not use that area as a screen porch. The outside deck area did not appear to have been swept recently ( we know no one can control pine needles but this was a lot). We were never able to get the main tv to work/ maybe better instructions? Nice property with plenty of room for us.

The condo was well supplied with linens, dishware crayons & games. It had been sufficiently cleaned. The only concern we had was the severely weathered steps outside and the filters on the 2nd floor air conditioners had black mold on it so it wasn't turned on.

We had a wonderful time with my family - condo had lots to offer in terms of space and amenities - my family loved the outdoor pool -the carpets on the main floor need a shampoo as very were stained prior to our arrival but other than that - we really enjoyed our getaway and the kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices and staples and cookware . I would love to rent again next summer - thank you Tom

Rental property is very spacious and can accommodate a large group. We had 7 children ranging from 3 yrs-17 yrs of age and it was perfect. Loved the layout. Great location to everything in North Conway Highly recommended!

Our stay was comfortable, convenient, and very accommodating. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and perfect for large families staying tougher. The kids loved the loft area to sleep. The kitchen and dining area was spacious. Loved having the dryer to throw wet towels in quick. The backyard was nice to play wiffleball. The pool was close, which was nice but was cold and there was no chairs or furniture available at the pool. We will stay again! Thank you!

NH was hot during our stay… unusual and unexpected. We were happy to have air conditioning and fans for sleeping, and the home is smack dab in the middle of forest, waterfall, and river escapes to cool us down during the day. North Conway is darling and fun, with great spots to visit and meet the needs of many family members. This VRBO space was mostly used as a springboard to getting outside, it wasn’t really a place we were spending most of our time. This space would have been more suitable for indoor lounging if we were just 8-10 people 14 felt tight for hanging out inside. But perfect for how we used it as a springboard for outings. Communication with the owners was prompt, thorough, easy, and good.

My family and I spent a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the townhouse. 4 levels of living!
