Nice property. We had a lovely stay here, it’s a good location for getting into Guildford or Woking. Great for a family trip away with kids and adults.

The house is on a quiet street, houses only down one side, so parking for two cars was easy. We noticed lots of learner drivers using the street for parallel parking practice, which shows how quiet it was. Everything we needed for a family of four adults and two small children was there, and the out of the central town location in a residential area was great for us.

Although the address is a busy road, the property is set back from the main road and sheltered by a tree lined island. There was never a problem with parking right outside. This gave easy access to the nearby city and main roads elsewhere.
The house was well equipped, and included those daily necessities you forget to pack. This included dishwasher tablets ( programme 2 doesn't work).

Place was dirty, full of cobwebs and grime throughout
Grass was not cut and very long
Not enclosed garden, just a sheet dividing us from attached neighbour, which we didn’t know about

We really enjoyed our stay. The property has plenty of space. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

My wife and I (and, for a few days, others in our family) had a most pleasant stay at this home. Plenty of space, a lovely garden with table for dining outdoors, excellent wifi. It's very convenient to both Guildford and Woking. We're very glad we found this property!

It is located well for our main visits to Woking and to London. Also being close to main road links it was easy to travel to Brighton.
The interior containing 4 double beds and two bathrooms was extremely handy save for the fact that the ground floor bathroom would benefit from a shower.unit especially for the elderly as two of our company were.
The living room is spacious with comfortable sofas and armchairs.
The kitchen was well equipped.
We found ourselves entertained by the many variety of birds in the rear garden and the house was very well prepared by Carol who was extremely helpful.

This was our 2nd time booking this property- it met our needs as before, close to town and all other amenities. Public transport is literally outside the door and very reliable. We’ll be booking the property again. Thanks!

Not too outside Guildford in very quite area.

We had a great stay st Steve’s house and the place really exceeded our expectations. It’s really spacious inside and a lot bigger than we were expecting. The location is good with a very short drive into town or a cheap Uber if you are looking to go out for dinner and drinks.
Steve was fantastic and amazingly accommodating and I can’t recpmmend this place highly enough!

We booked this for 2 families of 4 and it worked really well for us. :-) We went to Legoland twice which was about 35 minutes away on an easy drivable route. We went to Chessington once 20 mins away and again, very easy journey). We did a day trip to London and the train took 33 minutes (we did take a fast train). The bungalow is a very good size and has 4 bedrooms (3 are doubles and one is a twin). A good sized kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine and a full sized fridge freezer – all good for a family as we used all of these things!The lady next door (who looks after the house) was very helpful. When we had a birthday party for my daughter with the 4 kids and we realised we didn’t have a lighter to light the candles on the cake she lent me some matches. Also on the second day I said the house was so warm (due to the fact it was gorgeous weather when we were away) and she give us some sheets we could use as opposed to the duvets. I used them every evening.I would definitely come back here again as we did have a great time. I would say that it could do with some black out curtains as its so light so the kids all woke up very early (around 5.30am every morning).
