Great location

No issues and didn’t have to contact the owner. Only thing was there were no gas grills so that was misleading but not a big deal. May want to update things to reflect that there is only a charcoal grill available for other renters so they come prepared.

Absolutely loved the property. Ground level was very convenient with having small children. The condo was more spacious than what we were expecting and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was a plus for birding on the gulf-side beach and was also a short drive to other locations on the island and in neighboring communities. The condo itself could use come deep cleaning. maintenance and upgrades. For example, all large appliances were noisy, kitchen faucet leaked, patio slider screen was off the track, and there was visible dirt in corners on the floors. None of these needed immediate attention during our stay so we left a list for staff upon our departure. We also did not interact much with staff, but everyone we did talk with onsite was super friendly and helpful.
