Nós gostamos da comodidade da localização (quase em frente a Piazza Spana), tamanho do quardo, limpeza, conforto, banheiro grande, moderno com um chuveiro excelente, mas o principal foi a atenção do Arnald, que faz a parte de café da manhã e limpeza, sempre com um SUPER SORRISO no rosto.

Excellent location, close to subway and shops Large rooms Responsive host - many things had to be fixed, so they responded relatively fast.

Horrible for families with kids! Restaurant below is too loud and street is very crowded, so no sleep or rest…Only for people who want to party! People are talking until late at night below windows. Beds and pillows too old and uncomfortable - but really uncomfortable Hot water works ocassionaly, broken showers,etc…. Far away from 4 stars, but OK in comparison to other stays in Rome.

Singurul lucru care ne-a plăcut a fost locația- în Piaza di Spagna. De asemenea, recepționerul a fost foarte drăguț cu noi. Ne-a permis să facem check-inul mai devreme, la ora 13 și la micul dejun ne-a făcut cafea și sandwich-uri calde. Mulțumim mult!

Cameră întunecată, hol dubios, obiecte sanitare care aproape ne-au accidentat. Suportul din perete mi-a picat pe picior- a se vedea imaginea atașată. Multe detalii de pus la punct.

O atendimento dos funcionários, impecável. Localização ótima! Tudo muito limpo! Café da manhã perfeito!

The hotel was in the heart of Rome. Just few steps from the Piazza Spagna. İt took 15 seconds to get there :) there are just 5 rooms in the hotel, it is the first floor of the building, do not consider this as a big hotel or something else, downstairs neighbour is Tiffany :) Leonardo was really helpful and kind. Thank you

Arnold carried our 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs with a smile. Our room (4) was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a nice view of a street with a few restaurants. (We ate at 2 of them. However not the one on the corner as they charged us just under 20 euro for 2 bottles of beer.) Arnold made us feel very welcome and made great ham and cheese toasties for breakfast. Great bar downstairs. Arnold also carried both our suitcases down when we were leaving.

There was not a thing we didn’t like

Everything! We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is perfect, a few mins walk to the Spanish steps. The gentleman who worked there was so attentive and helpful. Breakfast was so cute and the room was clean and presentable. We would defo return and recommend.

Location is great. A few minutes walking to restaurants, attractions. You can walk to some places in the morning before too many people go there.

It’s on the 2nd floor without elevator. The stairs way is narrow. Hard to carry our luggage. The AC stopped functioning on the last day. The bed is dirty…. Some stains on the bed sheets.

The staff was friendly and polite！ Overall the stay are comfortable and relax!

Breakfast could be better.

We rented the 3 bedroom suite, and it was very spacious it even included a terrace which was not advertised :) please note that this apartment is located in Via della croce! It’s not the address advertised on booking, but it’s still very amazing - great shops, bars and restaurants on the street. Jay was great help and super nice, breakfast was provided both sweet and savory and cleaning was provided daily.

Different address, bad maintenance, noisy all the night, pictures are not reflecting the real layout, breakfast to be done by clients in the kitchen

The staff was amazing, super kind and helpful. The room design is very neutral and clean, which I love. A huge bathroom, kinda rare in big European cities like Rome. Relaxing shower and very clean. Because of all the comments I thought breakfast would be very lackluster but is actually good/ ok-ish.

the room is really dark one small window that looks unto another building.. it didn’t matter much because I was out all the time but made waking up a bit of a challenge.
